Buying and/or selling a house can be by far one of the most excruciating experiences...I've heard it's often up there listed as one of the most stressful events in life. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank Mr. Luis Aguinaga for helping me find a beautiful home in Montréal while living in Toronto!  In only two visits to Montréal we were able to see an amazing amount of houses that Mr. Aguinaga had selected for me, taking into account all my needs and those of my family. We visited approximately 20 houses per weekend, and I found the house I was looking for. The negotiation was stress-free thanks to Luis' amazing negotiation skills. Thank you Luis for making this experience a breeze.

My wife and I approached the house buying experience with fear and trepidation, however all that changed thanks to the services of the best real estate agent we could have. We were very lucky to have Luis Aguinaga as our agent. He guided us through the whole process with a sure hand, patiently explaining to us every step and giving us a very good idea of what to expect. From the first day to the last, Luis gave us confidence, kept as well informed, and made us feel safe. He had our back during the whole journey, from the credit preapproval, first visit to the prospective properties, inspection, offers and counteroffers, through the closing of the deal and the notarial process. Since then, I have wholeheartedly recommended Luis to friends and colleagues. Mi esposa y yo iniciamos la aventura de la compra de casa con mucho miedo y reservación.
